Good results for Totem Food, particularly for our new Frozen Mascarpone, at the WORLD DAIRY INNOVATION AWARDS 2016. As a matter of fact, we ranked in the three finalists for the Best New Cheese category.
The awards, renown worldwide in the dairy industry, were organized by FoodBev Media and held in London. Here are a few figures from the event: 211 entries, 18 categories, and companies from 37 countries participating by presenting their specialties, which were then judged by a group of experts.
Held since 2003 and celebrating their 10th edition this year, The World Dairy Innovation Awards recognize excellence and innovation of those companies operating worldwide in all areas of the dairy industry.
Making the short list of finalists is an important push for our team, and confirms once again how quality and innovation are our main objectives and a constant commitment.
