From Saturday October 10th to Wednesday October 14th 2015 one of the most important food fairs will take place in Cologne: Anuga 2015. Totem Food will be there to demonstrate its never-ending commitment to food industry events promoting food science, new technologies, and innovation. Totem Food’s mission is perfectly in line with the slogan of the fair “Taste the Future”. Anuga 2015 will try to once again obtain the great success it achieved two years ago: 7000 exhibitors coming from more than 100 countries, which attracted more than 155000 visitors interested in the huge variety of topics. The entire food & beverage industry will be represented by baked products, bread, gourmet foods, meat, milk products, cold and warm drinks as well as biologic, vegetarian, vegan food, and culture-specific food like Kosher and Halal. Moreover there will be a particular focus on the services and technologies for the supply and delivery of food. These are very important topics for Totem Food, which will be exhibiting its innovations in both frozen and fresh food services at Hall 11.2 – stand C 54 d.
