It was an honour for us to participate in the GDONews interview, “Totem Food: The art of #freezing #cheeses from the Apulian dairy tradition”.

The e-book, sponsored by Fiere di Parma Spa – CIBUS International Food Exhibition and in collaboration with IRI and Istituto Piepoli, develops an in-depth analysis of the #Dairy categories in #GDO: description of the sales trends of the last year, analysis and trends of the different sub-categories, interviews with the protagonists of the industry, analysis of #export numbers;
