Scamorza is a stretched-curd cheese made from cow’s milk, frozen immediately after production. Fresh product certified BRC and IFS or ISO 9001 – 14001.

Serving suggestions

To enjoy the product at its best, immerse the unopened package in warm water (40°C) for about ten minutes before serving. Product subject to natural weight loss.

Instructions

The frozen product must be stored at a temperature of -18°C and consumed before the expiry date. The sealed product must be thawed in the refrigerator at +4°C for about 12 hours and stored at +4°C. Consume within 3 days of thawing the sealed product. Do not refreeze. Once opened, consume within 24 hours.
